Program Support
Alan J. Inman Enterprises offers consulting services to both for-profit & non-profit organizations worldwide. The major focus of AJIE is to support program structural development such that grant or contract deliverables can be acheived with the greatest degree of effectiveness & efficiency.
The AJIE team works with the Principals of your organization to understand the vision that provides the motivation for your goals and objectives. Once that vision has been understood, then a program design will be prepared based on the funded grant or contract requirements your organization is committed to fulfill. The goal here is to use what is uniquely your trademark and create a service delivery platform, based on your infrastructure, that can acheive the targeted outcomes. This program design would involve a technological, practical and human resource allocated blueprint for ultimate success.
The AJIE Team is composed of individuals who have backgrounds involving Government, Private and Foundation experiences with both nonprofit and for- profit groups.
Government Relations
The AJIE team has had years of experience in intergovernmental relations and networking. Every grant funded by governments require working through regulations and bureaucratic processes. It is this very intricate work where the AJIE team has excelled.
The team's work, based on years of experience through agency employment as well as grant facilitation, has provided an excellent basis through which to run interferance and support clients to gain the expertise in agency regulations. At times, even the language requirements necessary to communicate effectively can make a huge difference. What is alphabet soup to one is clear lingo to others. AJIE is adept at intergovernmental communication that allows clear discussions to proceed between client and agency.
Audit Review Preparation
Most government or foundation grants require the grantee to submit to periodic reviews or audits. AJIE has developed an expertise in preparing clients for grant audits and reviews. In fact the track record has included supporting clients to achieve "outstanding success" as an outcome of these audit accessments. Usually, what allows the grantee to navigate successfully through such reviews is properly maintaining case files while working with customers or clients. In other words "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".
